Dick Lantz Is Beacon Roofing Supply's New Sr. V.P. of Sales and Marketing
Most recently Lantz was the president of the $1.5 billion, global Composite Solutions Business of Owens Corning Corporation in Toledo, Ohio. Prior to that, he was president of OC's asphalt and glass-reinforced Roofing Solutions Business, which he merged into the Composite Solutions Business. Lantz began as a sales representative at Owens Corning and, for most of his 29-year career, was in sales, sales management, marketing and market development including positions (in addition to the above) as vice president of marketing for residential roofing and president of the building materials sales force, where his team was responsible for $2.4 billion in annual sales.

Dick Lantz is a graduate of Indiana University's Kelly School of Business with a major in Marketing, where he is now a member of the Dean's Advisory Council. Dick was a board member of American Composite Manufacturers Association and a member of the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association. He also was a member of the policy advisory board for the Harvard University Joint Center for Housing Studies.
