Beacon Roofing Supply Announces Acquisition of All Weather Products Ltd. of Vancouver, Canada

HERNDON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (Nasdaq: BECN) announced today that it has acquired All Weather Products Ltd. ("AWP"), a distributor of primarily residential roofing systems and related accessories with three branches in the Vancouver, Canada suburbs of Surrey, Kelowna and Burnaby.
