Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (Nasdaq: BECN) ("Beacon") announced today
that Director Neil S. Novich, who serves as the Chairman of Beacon's
Audit Committee, has been named to the National Association of Corporate
Directors ("NACD") "Directorship 100." NACD Directorship magazine
each year identifies the most influential people in the boardroom
community, including directors, corporate governance experts,
journalists, regulators, and advisors. Mr. Novich joined Beacon's Board
of Directors in 2012 and was named Chairman of Beacon's Audit Committee
in 2013. He also was honored for his service on the Board of Directors
of Hillenbrand, Inc., Analog Devices, Inc., and W.W. Grainger, Inc. Mr.
Novich also is a Trustee of the Field Museum of Natural History in
Chicago.
