Beacon Roofing Supply Announces Acquisition of North Carolina-Based Lyf-Tym Building Products

HERNDON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (NASDAQ: BECN) ("Beacon") announced today that it has acquired Lyf-Tym Building Products ("Lyf-Tym"), a distributor of siding, windows, gutters, vinyl railings and related products headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lyf-Tym also fabricates gutters and ATI-certified aluminum-reinforced vinyl railings systems at its fabrication facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Founded in 1966, Lyf-Tym has six branches, with two locations in Charlotte and branches in Hickory, Monroe, and Greensboro, North Carolina as well as Roanoke, Virginia.
